As Chief Operating officer of ARS Group, Michelle Crean has 15 years of Insurance experience. Her role as the COO includes directing, administrating, and coordinating the internal operational activities of the organization in accordance with Policies, Goals, and Objectives established by the CEO. Her leadership has focused on delivering and developing Outstanding client service, Procedural leadership that has lead to ensuring that all of the systems and resources are in place to achieve the company goals.

Jason has over fifteen years of diversified experience, eleven of which have been in Commercial Insurance. He began his career in 2011 with ADP in their Workers Compensation and Disability Division. After four years having learned the Commercial side of Insurance and acquiring a P&C License, he made the move to USI Affinity as an Assistant Underwriter. In just two short years with USI, he moved up from Assistant Underwriter to Team Lead & Project Management, then to JR. Underwriter. Jason is a knowledgeable individual with refined multitasking and organizational skills, as well as a proven track record with the ability to support, train and lead while performing multiple roles within a single organization.

Jon was born and raised in Toms River. After graduating from Rutgers, he began his sales career in a role for a marketing company selling and promoting multiple products. Jon grew into a management role within that company and managed their Piscataway location for 2 years before joining our team here at Arctic. After 3 years of dedication and hard work gaining the necessary knowledge of the Insurance industry, he now helps to oversee the sales staff while continuing to support his clients. He loves finding creative solutions to help his clients save money and protect their business and takes the time to get to know each of his clients and tailor their coverage to them.

Known in many circles as “Social Jones”, Danny is another home-grown Jerseyan born and raised here at the Jersey Shore. A bit of a renaissance man, Danny has worked in many various types of industries over the years. From helping people obtain their dream home while working in the Mortgage industry, to helping people design their dream backyard while working with his hands in the Landscaping industry, Danny has enjoyed helping people in every facet of life. With the uncanny, almost superhuman ability to talk with just about anyone about anything, Danny has no problem making people feel like they have know him all their lives. All of this led him down the path to becoming a licensed Insurance Producer here at Arctic. 

Born and rasied in Ocean Grove, NJ, Kelsey started his career path straight out of High School with a little clothing company you may have heard of...NIKE. Though this was meant to be just a part-time job, Kelsey turned this into a full time carreer for over 13 years. In his time with Nike, Kelsey held multiple roles including Operations Manager & Product Managment.
